Associate Membership

As an Associate member of IREM®, you’ll have access to the most complete knowledge base and instructional offering in real estate management. You’ll be connected, in person and online, to peers, prospective employers, and leading industry thinkers. And you’ll have a gateway to the most recognized certifications in real estate management, including the CPM®, ARM®, and ACoM®.

Important note for those pursuing the CPM® designation: Individuals working toward earning the CPM® must enroll as a CPM Candidate. Associate membership does not fulfill or count toward the required 12 months of CPM candidacy.

When you join, you pay a one-time, non-refundable application fee. To maintain Associate membership, annual dues are owed. Vendors and suppliers are not eligible for Associate membership.
