What is IREM SA
We’re an international institute for property and asset managers, providing complete knowledge to take on real estate management’s most dynamic challenges. That means knowledge prepared for the day-to-day and the one-of-a-kind: from solving the latest tenant crisis to analyzing market conditions. We provide education, certification, networking, and advocacy for property and asset managers across commercial, retail, industrial, and residential real estate sectors.

The Journey of establishment of IREM Chapter in South Africa
A big thank you to the Chapter executive of the South Africa Gauteng Chapter. Their dedication in the last 18 months, since the Chapter application was approved by Governing Council at the 2018 IREM Global Summit, has been unparalleled. The Chapter would not have been able to achieve all of this without the continuous support and hard work of the Chapter executive.
