The Process: Four Steps to Your ACoM^®

1. Enroll

Overview: Complete two certification courses covering fundamentals in commercial property management and ethics via the ACoM Track.
Time: 5 days

2. Test

Overview: Demonstrate your knowledge by passing the 100-question ACoM Certification Exam via the ACoM Track.
Time: 1/2 day

3. Apply

Overview: Overview: Complete the online ACoM application and submit the application fee.^*
Time: 1 hour

4. Graduate

Overview: After approval, get officially recognized as an ACoM and acquire the right to use the certification professionally.
Time: 1-2 months
